Terms & Conditions

The following rules and conditions are applied effectively with every purchase from Master Productions for both online and offline purchases.

Warranty

Master Productions offers 1-year warranty on all items sold except for: Software, Games, Cases, Cables.
An item can be returned during the warranty period if deemed faulty, non-functioning, or does not serve the purpose it is intended for.
If an item is found to be physically damaged or burned, warranty cannot be claimed.
To claim warranty, the customer must present the original invoice with the original packaging of the item. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
All returned products must have the serial number visible; any manipulation will void the warranty.
Dead pixel warranty for monitors will be determined according to the brand warranty guideline.
Replacement for faulty items will take 4–6 weeks if the product is not available on the shelves.
If the same product is available in stock, the customer can take only the same product.
If the product is not available in stock, the customer can take a different product and pay the difference, or receive a voucher if it is cheaper than the original purchase.

Customer can return, replace, and claim a shop voucher within 3 days of purchase for any reason, as long as the product is in its original packaging.
No product can be returned or replaced if the original packaging is broken and the product itself is functioning properly.
In case a product is purchased online and no stock is available, a 100% refund will be issued.

We work with a shipping company; shipment takes approximately 1–2 business days to arrive.
Shipping cost is BD 1.500 for small packages. For larger packages such as monitors, cases, tables, and chairs, shipping cost may reach up to BD 2.500.
All packages sent will have a tracking number that can be traced.
Free shipping is provided on all Ready-to-Play systems.
We deliver to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman.
