Shipping Policy

• All shipments are handled through our certified courier partner with full tracking.
• Tracking numbers are provided for every package sent — you can trace your order at any time.
• Shipping cost within Bahrain is BD 1.500 for small packages (RAM, accessories, etc.).
• Larger packages — monitors, cases, tables, chairs — may incur a shipping cost of up to BD 2.500.
• Free shipping applies to all Ready-to-Play PC systems regardless of destination within our delivery regions.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days within Bahrain; 2–4 business days for GCC countries.
• In case a product is purchased online and is out of stock, a 100% full refund will be issued.

Returns

• Items can be returned or replaced within 3 days of purchase in original packaging.
• Products cannot be returned if original packaging is open and the item is functioning correctly.
• 1-year warranty on all products except Software, Games, Cases, and Cables.
• To claim warranty: present the original invoice and original packaging.
